Information We Collect

1.1 User Data

Discord User ID: Used to associate actions, preferences, and interactions with a specific user.
Discord Server ID: Used to provide server-specific functionality such as settings management.
Guild Permissions: To verify necessary administrative rights for commands.

1.2 Nitrado Data

Nitrado Token: Used to authenticate and perform server management/file operations. Stored securely.
Server ID & Details: Status and game configuration retrieved for DayZ management.

1.3 File Data

Uploaded JSON or XML files (e.g., types.xml) are temporarily processed to update settings. No long-term storage occurs unless specifically stated.

How We Use Your Data

Execute management commands (e.g., /link-nitrado).
Facilitate in-game modding and configuration adjustments.
Authenticate users and manage permission levels.
Provide viewing/modifying of server details.

"We do not share your data with third parties, except as required for bot functionality (e.g., interacting with Nitrado servers). All file operations are handled securely via FTP."

Database Storage: User data and tokens are stored securely using industry-standard encryption practices.

File Operations: Uploaded files are handled temporarily during execution and not stored long-term.

Data Retention: Data is retained as long as you use StellaBot. You can request removal anytime.

User Control Over Data

Unlinking Accounts

Unlink at any time to remove tokens from our systems.

Removing Files

Manage/remove config files using commands like /remove-json.

Access data details by contacting the bot administrator.

Security Measures

Encryption: Tokens are stored securely with strict access controls and are only used by the bot to perform authorized actions.
Access Control: Uses Discord’s permission system to ensure only authorized admins act.
Secure Comm: Communication with Nitrado API occurs over encrypted HTTPS/SSL.

Data Sharing

StellaBot does not sell, rent, or trade your data with third parties.

The only external service StellaBot interacts with is the Nitrado API, which occurs with your explicit authorization via token.
